We are perfect location for social distancing, relaxing and taking a day exploring (without seeing a sole if you don't want to.)
Checking in and Checking out
To keep you safe and well we now aim to offer you a contactless check in and check out.
Instructions for your arrival will be sent to you prior to your stay, alongside an information form that we kindly request you complete (for our records and to help with track and trace requirements if needed)
This will ask you to clarify that you are safe and well and have not shown any of the symptoms of Coronavirus.
Whilst in usual times we are able to be more accommodating with early or late checking in and out, at this time due to the necessity of extra cleaning and disinfection operations that need to be undertaken between guests, we ask that you commit to the times that are stipulated on your booking form (unless otherwise arranged with us).
Cleaning :
The lodge will as usual, be cleaned, disinfected and steamed thoroughly prior to your stay,
Some of the finishing touches that you may have become accustomed to at Cwm Yr Hendy may be missing from your stay at this time, in accordance with the recommendations from Visit Britain we have removed non essential harder to clean items from the lodges i.e books, dvds, cd’s
